We meet in the Church Rooms (just off the Car Park in Hartland), children ages 5-11 years come each Thursday after school between 3:30-5:00 PM and take part in Messy Church.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HARTLAND’S MESSY CHURCH

This is a chance for children to learn religion in an informal, active, project-centered way. They begin with some refreshments, hear a story from the Bible (Spring '09 term theme: Getting to Know Jesus), sing a song, play a game, do some crafts, end with a circle time of sharing and prayer.

So far, about 25 children have attended. All children are welcome.

Leadership is from St. Nectan's Church of England in Stoke, the Methodist Church in Hartland and the Roman Catholic Church in Hartland.

We intend to meet every Thursday (during school term), with a special longer session during the summer.
